What we offer to our guests

Lavender room - The "Lavender" bedroom, that comes with two twin beds and private bathroom.







Merigold room - The "Marigold" bedroom, that comes with one queen bed, one twin bed, a small fridge and a private bathroom.







Breakfast with a view - A delicious hearty breakfast at your choice, served on the veranda, so that you can enjoy the spectacular lakeview during your meal.
- Veranda is also a quiet place to read a book or to watch a magnificent sunset.

Where are we located Across us is a cherry orchard "Simple Pleasure" is set between Penticton and Naramata, close to Okanagan Lake, among
orchards and vineyards. It offers you a breath-taking view over the lake, with rolling
hills and mountains in the background. Our beautiful garden, full of flowers, is a heaven
for quails, oriols, hummingbirds and many other birds. A five minutes drive from our B&B
takes you to Naramata's Manitou park and beach or to nearby wineries. In ten minutes you
can get to Kettle Valley Railway Trail, from where a wonderful panoramic view of the all area opens. From there
easily you can reach Chute Lake, by car or bike. In few more minutes you get in Penticton, to enjoy beaches and
parks by Okanagan or Skaha Lake.

Our Rates * The "Lavander" room $95 per night for single or double occupancy including breakfast and taxes. * The "Marigold" room $110 per night for single or double occupancy including breakfast and taxes. * Additional person- $20 per night. * Discount of $5 per night when you stay longer than 7 days. * In July and August, $10 is added if the stay is of one night only. * A discount of $10 per night is applied from October 15th to April 30th.

1. We accept payments by check or VISA. 2. Check in time is from 4 pm. to 8 pm. We are flexible but please call in advance and tell us the time of yuor arrival. 3. Check out time is 11 am. 4. Sorry, we could not accept pets in the house. 5. No smoking in the house, thank you.

Reservations in advance are desirable especially for high season. Deposit of one night stay is required for July and August reservations. Cancelation policy: full refund within 7 day's notice, but for July or August a 14 days notice is needed; a $15 administration fee will be applied.
